FDM printers

1. Replace the hotend with a new one
2. Clean the build plate with isopropyl alcohol
3. Check that all wires are properly connected
4. Test the printer with another SD card
5. Level the printer again
6. Check that there are no errors in the .stl file you are trying to print

SLA printers

1. Check that the FEP film is intact - otherwise replace it
2. Clean the build plate with isopropyl alcohol
3. Check that all wires are properly connected
4. Test the printer with another USB
5. Level the printer again
6. Check that there are no errors on the print file

Service schedule

By submitting the service form, I accept that the below has been read, and agree to pay the mentioned costs.

Is the error related to a lack of cleaning or maintenance,
we - due to increased administrative time consumption at the workshop - are forced to
to charge a service fee of DKK 600 + any used spare parts. The fee
please pay before the product is repaired and returned.

If the product is received without an attached service form and
purchase receipt or there are no errors on a submitted product, there is one
service fee of DKK 600. Purchase receipt and service form must be forwarded and
the service fee must be paid before the product is repaired and returned.

Note:

Important before submitting for service:

The product must be cleaned before submission and there must be no
accessories are included (power cable, tool, USB cable).

The product must NOT be submitted until it has been accepted by Daniras
A/S' technical department.
