The new Photon Mono X is built with materials of extremely high quality, which provides a stable structure for the print. Photon Mono X is also one of the largest DLP printers on the consumer market.
Photon Mono X's monochrome LCD screen can last up to 2000 print hours, which is approx. 4 times as much as a regular RGB LCD monitor. The curing time is approx. 1.5 sec. Per layer, which is more than 3 times faster than the original Photon S.
Printing in resin provides extreme precision and very smooth prints. With the printbed size 192x120x245 mm, even the largest figures and role-playing buildings can be printed. The included Photon slicer provides an extraordinary user experience.
A 30M .stl file takes minutes when using an open source slicer, while the original Photon Slicer finishes this job within 1 minute.
